Rebecca studied Illustration atChelsea College of Art, England and SCAD in the USA. She taught at the Art Institute of Boston for 5 years and since 2005 has been full time at MICA. She is one of the leaders of MICA’s Study abroad in London course and is the Course Director for the upcoming MA in Illustration.
Her client list includes the Boston Globe, Flow magazine (Netherlands), The Guardian, Target, the Washington Post, and Chronicle Books among others.
She has recognized in American Illustration, the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles, RSVP and Images (UK). She has exhibited in Savannah, New York, and at the London Transport Museum as part of the 2015 Serco prize show.
Rebecca primarily works in watercolor and ink, she also enjoys mixed media and found papers and uses this mixed media approach in her digital image making.
She is a enthusiastic advocate of drawing.
